“NY” folding lounge chair by Takeshi Nii for Suekichi Uchida, Japan 1960s / Originele inklapbare lounge fauteuil “NY” ontworpen door de Japanner Takeshi Nii voor Suekichi Uchida, 1960s. Een bruine canvas zitting die tussen de chromen buizen wordt gespannen en armleuning uitgevoerd in rond hout. Functionaliteit van de bovense plank geinspireerd op de regiseursstoel. De vouwfauteuil is opgenomen in de permanente collectie van het MoMa.
Conditie: goede vintage conditie. Bovenzijde canvas heeft een reparatie ter plaatse van bovenzijde buis. Bij de andere buis een klein gaatje in het canvas. Canvas heeft een lichte verkleuring.
Afmetingen: breed 60 cm, diep 79 cm, hoogte 86 cm, zithoogte 25-38 cm.

Top of canvas has a repair on site of top of tube. At the other tube a small hole in the canvas. Canvas has a slight discoloration.
